PRESENT SIMPLE ACTIVITIES OF ALL SORTS

We use the Present Simple tense to talk about regular or permanent actions.

In the third person (he, she, it) form, the verb takes an s. For example:-

Things Mr Jones does every Monday morning.

Tip:

Words ending in -s / -sh/ -ch:-
es after -s / -sh/ -ch: for example toss > tosses - crash > crashes - scratch > scratches
Words ending in -y:-
-y becomes -ies : For example worry > worries - cry > cries

Nota la posición de los adverbios: Los siete primeros de la lista se ubican siempre entre la persona y el verbo. Los restantes van al comienzo o al final de la frase.

Para preguntar a alguien con qué frecuencia realiza algo, se usa How often.
How often do you have gym?
¿Con qué frecuencia tienes gimnasia?

I have gym every Monday.
Tengo gimnasia los lunes.
